SHIPPING: All shipping is via USPS flat-rate Priority Mail box with free delivery confirmation. Cost is only $12.00 anywhere in the US (including AK & HI) for up to 70 pounds in 1-4 calendar days! This will allow 1000 bullets@405gr, 2000 bullets@230gr, or 3000 bullets@158gr to be shipped for $12.00. Orders of more than 2000 bullets may require repackaging of bullets into larger boxes (e.g., 2 boxes of 1000 & 2 boxes of 500). Orders of more than 70 pounds will be charged the above rate for each USPS box required.
INSURANCE: To keep prices low shipping insurance is OPTIONAL but highly recommended. Add insurance to your order by selecting the "Shipping Insurance" category to the left. Be sure to add insurance for each USPS box shipped. For example, 6 boxes of .45 cal 200 grain bullets would be 86+ pounds and would ship in 2 USPS boxes. This would require the purchase of 2 separate insurance coverages for $100 each, not 1 big one at $200 coverage. Shipping insurance is at the USPS rate. Shipping is at customer risk if not insured. That is, for uninsured shipments, items lost or damaged in shipment are the customer responsibility. Check the Insurance category for current USPS insurance rates.
RETURNS: We value you as a customer and want to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return or exchange a product, contact us by email or telephone for instructions and an RMA number. Unopened boxes will be credited a full refund (less shipping). Partial boxes will be prorated and a refund issued for the unused portion (less shipping). Unless prior arrangements are made, bullets returned for credit or refund must be in usable condition. Condition of returned merchandise shall be at the sole discretion of Far West Trading Co.
